Teaching spiritual practices and development
My counselling work continues to evolve to include more teaching. As my own spiritual practices and development deepen I feel called to teach what I am learning. With a daily practice of breathwork, meditation and trance states I am finding an enhanced ability to know myself as a unique consciousness that is not separate from all other consciousness. I experience each being, each consciousness as a small, but extremely valuable, thread in a vast multi-dimensional web of consciousness. We are all connected. I know this to be more than words, ideas or beliefs. I experience this daily. My work is to support others to know themselves. In service, Edward.

Triggers to Consciousness
Many life issues act as wake up calls to become more conscious of who you are. I will support you to navigate these issues with compassion and strength, while looking for deeper meaning.
Depression: Sadness, apathy, low energy and suicidal thoughts are all indications that your truth is being pushed down or is blocked.
Trauma: Sexual, physical or emotional abuse, death of loved ones, car accidents, illness, surgery, loss of relationship, and loss of career can cause a disconnection from ourselves and from our essential Divine nature.
Loss of Meaning: Feeling disconnected from self, family, work, daily routines, religious or spiritual beliefs can result in questioning your purpose or reason for living.
Relationship Disruptions: While your desire may be to connect with others, an inability to do so, or the breakdown of a relationship, can lead to internal confusion or crisis.
Non-Ordinary Experiences: Unexplained phenomena, connections to other planes of reality, and direct experiences with the Divine offer another opening to consciousness.
